Due to the nature of digital services, we follow the policy below for refunds and cancellations:
No Refunds After Work Starts :
Once a project or service is initiated, no refunds are provided.
Cancellation Before Start :
If a service is cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation fees.
Milestone-Based Work :
For ongoing or large projects, no refund is offered for completed milestones.
